Important program guidelines

• Children must be newborn through 12 years of age, inclusive, measured at application.
• Each selected eligible child may receive a maximum of one toy, subject to inventory.
• Applications close December 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.
• Applying does not guarantee selection.
• Eligible households are prioritized using established criteria and considered through a random lottery within each priority group.
• Only selected families receive private follow-up to arrange toy pickup.
• Toy types and availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Submit one application per household.
• Families must receive pickup confirmation before arriving.
